1. Nature of Services
RoadMatch provides digital vehicle concierge, remote consultation, deal negotiation, and sourcing advocacy services to buyers. All paid transactions processed on www.roadmatch.co.za represent service fees for professional sourcing, database searches, and consultation, and do not constitute payment for the physical vehicle itself.
2. Delivery Policy
Because RoadMatch offers professional and digital consulting services, no physical goods are shipped by RoadMatch.
- Digital Consultation Delivery: Upon successful payment of the R1,500 Sourcing & Consultation Fee, your service delivery commences immediately. You will receive booking confirmation and access details for your digital consultation via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
- Sourcing & Advisory Delivery: Vehicle options, market research reports, and custom dealership quotes will be delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or during your scheduled Google Meet video session.
- Physical Vehicle Delivery: Actual physical vehicles sourced through our partner network are delivered, handed over, or collected directly at the relevant accredited franchised dealership, subject to the dealership's individual sales agreement and delivery protocols.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Before Service Commencement: You may cancel your scheduled Google Meet consultation or sourcing request by providing at least 2 hours' written notice via email (enquiries@roadmatch.co.za) or WhatsApp (067 088 7427) prior to the scheduled session.
- Rescheduling: If notice is given within the 2-hour window, you may reschedule your consultation session at no additional charge, subject to operational availability.
- No-Show / Late Cancellation: If you fail to attend a scheduled Google Meet session without prior written notice, the session will be deemed rendered. Rescheduling after a no-show remains at RoadMatch's operational discretion.
4. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Services: In accordance with Sections 16 & 68 of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008, the R1,500 Sourcing & Consultation Fee is non-refundable once payment is confirmed and sourcing, research, or consultation work has commenced.
- Scope of Guarantee: The service fee covers our team's time, expertise, dealer negotiation efforts, and platform allocations. Because our work begins immediately upon payment, fees are non-refundable regardless of whether you ultimately choose to purchase a vehicle from a dealership, or whether a bank credit application is approved or declined by a financial institution.
- Service Non-Performance / Duplicate Charges: If a payment error occurs resulting in a duplicate transaction, or if RoadMatch fails to provide the agreed sourcing service due to operational default, a full refund of the affected amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
